The Habitat partnership doesn't end once you become a homeowner! We are here to help you after you close on your home, whether you have questions regarding home maintenance, other service referrals, contractor referrals, help with your budget, legal residency assistance, or would like to continue volunteering. Whatever questions or concerns you may have, know that we are here to help you as you navigate being a homeowner. Unfortunately, we are not able to perform repairs on homes, unless the home is located in one of the focus neighborhoods. However, it never hurts to ask and regardless, we can always refer you to other organizations.
All mortgages are serviced by SC State Housing. You can pay your bill online, by phone at 1-800-476-0412 or by mailing it in to SC State Housing Finance, PO Box 63008, Charlotte NC 28263-3008.
SC Housing has created a COVID-19 Connection Hub, here, homeowners can apply for mortgage forbearance given you have been directly impacted financially due to the pandemic. At this time, SC State Housing is encouraging all homeowners to utilize the online payment portals, those can be accessed by clicking on the highlighted link above.
