Below is a list of items that the ReStore regularly accepts. Because the ReStore relies on donations from the public, these items are subject to change.

​Individuals who are looking to donate to the ReStore are welcome to donate any of the below items. If you don't see an item on the list, or have a donation question, please call our donation hotline at (803) 936-0090. 
Appliances
Appliances must be less than 10 years old
  • Refrigerators/Freezers
  • Range Tops, Hoods, Stoves
  • Ovens & Microwaves
  • Washers and Dryers
  • Furnaces
  • Small Appliances (i.e., toasters, blenders, etc.)
  • Air Conditioners (windows units and whole house)
Building Materials
  • Lumber & Plywood (nail free)
  • Insulation
  • Trim/Molding
  • Brick/Block
  • Fencing
Cabinets
  • Kitchen Cabinets
  • Bathroom Cabinets
  • Counter tops

* All windows must be aluminum clad or vinyl replacement only

Light fixtures should be complete and in working order without rust or water damage.

Vehicle/Boat/RV
When you donate to Cars for Homes, you help Central S.C. Habitat build and repair homes for families in the Midlands. If you have an older car, truck, van, trailer, RV or boat taking up space in your yard, consider donating it to support affordable housing in Richland & Lexington Counties. Car donations are made online, or by calling (877) 277-4344. Donations may be eligible for a tax deduction. More information can be found here.
