Accepted homeowners and children will be provided with a designated pickup time.

All submissions (online, mail, email) must be in by 3pm on August 8th; no exceptions.
Do you have a child(ren) or grandchild(ren) between the ages of 3 – 8 years old?
If selected via this written application portion, are you willing to meet with Habitat to review the requirements to participate?
Are you current with your mortgage payments?
Do you understand, that if selected, you and the child(s) are required to attend the presentation event on November 8th?
Do you understand that the playhouse will need to be picked up by you on November 8th? This requires a trailer or truck, and the help of at least 4 people. Habitat for Humanity homebuyers, current and paid off homeowners, as well as home repair homeowners can apply to receive a playhouse at no-cost to you (other than any transportation costs you may incur).
