Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity provides a wide range of housing solutions to low-moderate income individuals and families in Richland, Lexington & Fairfield Counties. On average each year, we complete 7 new construction and rehab homes in partnership with families through our Homebuyer program and 10-20 Repair and Weatherization projects in partnership with existing homeowners.

Starting in 2022, CSCHFH has moved toward an aggressive goal to increase the production of homes and repair projects by nearly 100%.  To assist with accomplishing this goal, a number of the homes built will be sub-contracted with local building professionals.
