The "First Nail Ceremony"  

The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement took place at the DJJ Bill Rogers Community Connections Center on October 18, 2011.   The MOA was signed by DJJ Director, Margaret Barber, Friends of DJJ Chair, Katrina Shealy, and Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity Executive Director, Roy Kramer.
